Why some foreigners, expatriates, local citizens are getting extremely high pay? It is mainly because they can solve distinct and unique problems at very fast pace!

I have mentioned some other criteria in my previous writing.

Technical skill is always a key point to receive high pay, however, if he or she is holding the key technology of a business with as minimum as a patent or any other type of Intellectual Property (IP) with a group of followers or employees, all this category of human beings are getting extremely high pay with a successful and sustainable business.

Some people in some organization would want to protect their privacy and trade secrets by reserving the rights to convert them into patents.  A good example is the Machine Learning algorithms used in SoLemMi.com.
