All the restaurants in the world would want to expand or grow big. Definitely, they want to be recognized worldwide and have branches and franchise stores in any or every country in the world.
If you want to open a restaurant, be your own boss, the first thing you must have is to LOVE the food which is selling hot from the restaurant.
Hence, hardworking and honest are the criteria for a waitress, waiter, kitchen helper or chef to be his/ her own boss with sponsorship or money from their own boss or the restaurant's regular customer.
To those who want to be your own boss in Food and Beverage (F&B),
Work accordingly and strike for the best quality food, presentation and service with all your love and care like treating your boss's staff, customers, or course, the business like yours, i.e. having the mindset that you are a big boss of the restaurant by aiming to gain the most profit with moral and ethics by serving the most quality food with international standard.
For example, if I want to open a branch or franchise of Angel's Breakfast (http://www.angels-breakfast.com), I need to have a long list of regular customers who love Angel's Breakfast's food with the best location for the setup of a restaurant. Also, as a boss, I must know head to tail about this restaurant business, i.e. knowing everything and anything.
