The male Scottish and Irish are wearing their traditional clothes, i.e. a knee-length skirt

The reason why this knee-length skirtlike garment is created by their ancestors mainly because their food can grow men with big penis.  Penis is male sex organ to produce baby after sex of a registered and recognized couple, i.e. a husband and wife.  Hence, wearing a skirtlike garment with big penis, they feel extremely comfortable.
