NIKE!
In NIKE, there are experts in ART/ Design, Ergonomic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_factors_and_ergonomics) and Physics (Science). They have many Ph.D. graduates to work on research and survey on how to produce great and comfortable shoes NOT like many Chinese to steal my NIKE shoes, remove all stitches, then, draw the shoe pieces one by one using my NIKE shoes' pieces and stitch them back again by having massive production to brand it to another brand in order to earn big money.
This is not the act of building great and big business while digging a wealth and committing suicide.
Ergonomic means study, research and application of knowledge to design and produce products, shoes, garments and many sports equipment with extremely comfortable feeling as human beings.
When you wear NIKE, you feel extremely comfortable.
Another example, school bags! School bag producers must design school bags which can comfort all children or teenagers using the knowledge of ERGONOMIC and many others.
If you do not have these knowledge, not to worry, you can attend school in many famous institution.
