Today, I know about Bing Bing Lu, senior Media Expert and TV Host, Founder of Bing Bing Bang and Producer of E-Taking through Google Cloud Executive Women's Forum: Optimize Being Your Best Watch On-Demand (https://cloudonair.withgoogle.com/events/optimize-being-your-best#).  Her goal for a better world is to form a "Happy China" particularly happy women in China.  I am truly inspired by her efforts to help women in China to solve problems through media, social media and public seminars or classes.  I said, "I want a happy world."

Livia Wang (Chief Brand Officer, Acess Corporate Group), another woman inspired me in this Google Women Forum.  She said to a younger version of herself, "Go travel, meet people, be humble and be hunger."  

Shukla Bose, Founder and CEO of Parikrma Humanity Foundation said," I want to live with my imagination and not my history."  This Indian woman inspired me, particularly this sentence.  "Yes, I live with my imagination too", I said.

SoinnLee, Ceo & Co-founder at Enuma, Inc. would want to build educational software for children with learning difficulties to learn with fun.  She wish to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals #4 related to education innovation around the world.

Wend Y Wang, CIO - Wholesale, HSBC said tomorrow is always better and her boss told her, "If you don't try, you will not have some percentages of success; if you try, you will have some percentage of success."  She also encourages youngsters to ask for help when they think that they are not capable at that moment.

MChat - A Multi-Diversified Facets Online Chat (another great idea of one of my start-ups)

Due to IoT is continuing flourish.  I was thinking of MChat.  This is a mobile chat application which can detect matched chat rooms for all MChat users.  The situation is that you are waiting for a train from this destination to another destination.  You are watching a movie on NetFlix and so happen that nearby you, you have a few people are watching the same movies like you do in the train station.  With MChat, a chat room will be automatically setup and all of you who are watching the same movies can chat to exchange ideas or also, you all can be virtual friends.  

Another situation would be you are in the library and you are reading history online documentation.  Like-minded individuals will be invited to join the chat room through MChat.

"Fair? Why?" Story 5: 

"It is so unfair!  All the people know that he/ she is not a virgin and he/ she can secure a position as a Professor/ Lecturer" in the universities.  To me, virginity status is very important for academicians because they lead the students or they are the role models of the students", said many people.  After "Fair? Why?" investigated, the universities are emphasizing in teaching and research.  If she is a good teacher and at the same time, he/ she managed to publish more than one research papers, they are fine.  Yet, most of the men and women academicians are able to think very well.  Thus, they have their own reasons why they were not virgin before marriages.  In the western world, Muslims, Hindu and Roman Catholics are so tight on virgin meet virgin marriages.  Hence, supporting on virgin academicians would be open for the floor to discuss further.  In most of the time, virginity status is categorized as a private matter.  Thus, respect other's privacy might be the keywords of the day.  Some women were raped or some women were innocent enough to be cheated or some women, they did not know sex.  It would be unfair to kick a man or a woman out as an academician after you find out that he or she is no longer a virgin and at the same time, they are still single.  Detail investigation must be done to judge each and every situation.     

"Fair? Why?" Story 6:

"It was so unfair!  Lady C can be a Managing Director and the Chairman of the company after she graduated and I need to work as a Customer Service for more than 2 years in order for me to become a manager.  My father and her father are getting investors' attention to run the companies, yet, why am I not able to be the Managing Director and Chairman in the company", said a lady.  After "Fair? Why?" investigation, we found out that Lady C did extremely well in creating opportunities for herself and the people around her.  For example, she took the opportunity to investigate and research on the most scattered islands in the world, i.e. Republic of Maldives when she was a participant of "The Peace of Voyage".

"Fair? Why?" Story 3:          

A few men were so frustrated and they shouted loud to a long-distance full marathon (42KM) lady runner that she was not a human being.  One of the men said, "You are such a crazy woman.  What?  42KM completion running in 6 hours.  You must be cheating."  Those men worked very hard in the gym and they ran their very best and yet, they can't finish a 42KM full marathon within 6 hours time.  After "Fair? Why?" investigated the situation and the full-marathon completion lady runner told them that the keywords of success are running practice, practice, eating diet and eating diet.    

Fair? Why?" Story 4:          

"I can't think!", said a few men.  "When I read the content of the book said, "See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow (S.T.E.F)!  I was like bursting my head and my whole body seem to be paralysed.  I just can't think and your S.T.E.F annoyed me", said one of the men.  After "Fair? Why?" investigated.  The words, "See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow!" are for the leaders who are practicing thinking skills.  There are many type of leaders and so happen that you are a follower of great thinkers cum leaders and the lead of many followers.  For sure!  Nothing wrong to be a follower, just accept that there are people who are thinkers and they deserve more flame and fortune.  The author of the words, "See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow!" would like to apologize if you were annoyed by the words because the author believe that followers should start to learn how to think and not only following others.

Due to I can't get the investment fund to work on my entrepreneurial journey, I have written them into words or stories for food.  I aimed high to be a multi-million dollar book author, yet, I am not one at this moment and I came across this platform to earn a USD 1000 prize if I win the contest.  I must try because I need to eat.  I must find my ways to pay the subscription or submission fees.

I came across Shore Scripts, https://www.shorescripts.com/.  I was so excited.  I have so many stories and I am here to list them one by one when I have some extra money.  

Podcast Story Title: "The Dawn of The World"

Author: Hui-Shin Wong

Synopsis: Wendy Hui is a Malaysian Chinese and she has done very well in her country, Malaysia.  She was picked to solve the social problem of inequality in her country, Malaysia through the Rhodes Scholarship.  In order for her to accumulate more research data, she started an online platform called, "Fair? Why?" to accumulate topics or social domain areas that people find that was unfair to them due to their efforts or energy which they had invested.  She found out a few social status domains which urgently need the enhancement of the types of understanding and the ways of communication to improve the country economy and to form the unity of a country towards the goal as a developed nation.  The social status domains are poor people and rich people, intelligent people and ordinary people, the masters and the slaves, local graduates and overseas graduates, easterners and westerners, IT-savvy and non IT-savvy individuals.  List of the unfair stories from the "Fair? Why?" online portal will be listed and the solution towards equality will be reviewed as well.  To conclude, all information must be clustered and categorized for different social domains and the efforts to move the information disclosure from one category to another category must be feasible because people are improving and progressing from one social status domain to another social status domain; just like poor people can be rich after they secured a university degree and yet, we need algorithms from Internet Information Privacy Research Center.  This is another billion-dollar research question to ensure each and every piece of information to be released and it will not hurt the people from the respective social status domains.  This is a technology-based start-up idea; another of my business idea.  I believe that GOOGLE is doing it for years and I am happy to have the same idea which they are progressing now.       

"Fair? Why?" Story 1: 

SPM is the name of the official government examination for high school students.  In year 2017, a high school Chinese graduate with a straight A's result in SPM told "Fair? Why?" that she felt unfair and being ignored as she couldn't get the JPA scholarship to further her study overseas.  She said that she knew some Malay, they only have 7 A's instead of straight A's, i.e. 10 A's, and, they got the JPA Scholarship.  She cried and she felt bad being a Malaysian and her networks gave many hard-time to those 7 A's SPM graduates just because she thought that she deserved a JPA Scholarship.  JPA Scholarship is the highest award for high school graduates.  If you are a JPA scholar, your life will be driving on a super-highway; fast, confident and full of security.  She was right to voice-up her anger and frustration, yet, she was definitely wrong to use her networks to give hard time those Malay who got only 7 A's or in fact to her peers who are Chinese and got a JPA Scholarship with only 7 A's.

"Fair? Why?" Story 2:

An ordinary fresh local graduate girl stated her anger and frustration due to her monthly salary is only RM 2000 and her colleague who is a JPA scholar and a fresh graduate from overseas who is earning RM 4000 monthly.  She said if she has another chance to work on a study, she will work extremely hard to ensure that she will score straight A's in her SPM, get a JPA Scholarship, study overseas, graduate with great results, return home and start working with RM 4000 monthly salary.

Don't forget there are many other scholarships available online, if you can't secure a scholarship after SPM, then, try to get a scholarship after your degree to further your masters or Ph.D. study.  The most important is how you have the ideas and implementation to solve global economic and social problems.  This is something like when you want to become a billionaire by starting a business with Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP).

Why am I deserving a career with all intellectual cum good people?

Since I was a baby until now, you can't find any flaws that I did not score distinctions in all my official languages examination.  My school teachers know me.  Thus, they gave me good scores in all my languages examination in school and I was having a forecasting SPM result as a straight A's student in 1997, S.M.J.K Poi Lam, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

I have more than 20 years of not talking in Mandarin and Malay by only talking English as the main domain of conversation, comprehension, writing, and reading, thus, my conversation skill in Mandarin and Malay were a bit lack-off currently when I talk.  Of course, I have a very firm foundation in both of these languages and I am sure that I can pick-up within one month's time by talking to many people especially those who are speaking Malay.     

Since I am a "straight A's" student, I was admitted to Multimedia University (MMU) to mingle with the majority of JPA scholars and many outstanding MMU students, i.e. my university mates.  The objective to start a private university, Multimedia University (MMU) because of the economic downturn, the government had to put all the JPA scholars in private universities such as MMU.  Thus, I know many JPA local scholars and JPA overseas scholars.  

I only applied for one job and I got it after I finished my Bachelor of IT (HONS) Software Engineering.  I started work on 2nd May 2002.  After I worked for slightly more than 15 months as a Software Development Engineer, I got an email to congratulate me as the confirmed MUST-Ehsan Foundation scholar to pursue my Master of Science Information Technology on 1st September 2003.  Of course, I am having to accept the scholarship even though I did not apply for it.  It was a surprise and an indication of the effectiveness of Human Resources Management in a country.

After I finished my thesis to fulfill a Master of Science Information Technology, I managed to serve as a temporary ICT Teacher in Sri KDU Smart School.  Within these 3 months, I managed to deal with the collaboration project, Stanford University Folding@Home with Professor Vijay Pante.  After the 3 months in Sri KDU Smart School, I was recruited by YMCA Camp Fitch, PA, USA to work as a Camp Counselor for 3 months in Lake Erie, PA, USA.  I used 1 month to travel around United States of America in 2005 before I reported work as a Lecturer in Multimedia University on 3rd October 2005, right after I flew back from USA.

I never apply for a Lecturer position in Multimedia University (MMU).  Again, it was a surprise email from MMU that I was chosen and appointed as a lecturer in MMU starting on 3rd October 2005.  I worked there for 9 years and 3 months as I embarked my journey as an entrepreneur in May 2014.  

Moving on, when I was a lecturer in Multimedia University, I was appointed as an Academic Visitor to join the University of London, Royal Holloway, University of Cambridge and Newcastle University in year 2009 for 6 months.  I worked as a "consultant" for many big corporations when I was in United Kingdom.  They asked for my professional opinion on how to improve their research and system.  

Through my entrepreneur journey for slightly more than 6 years, I am exhausted.  I experienced that I only have a dollar in my pocket and I had to ask for help financially from my family members.  I had so many ideas to work on one start-up to another start-up, yet, I don't get any support from any investors.  I always gave myself another 2 years, another 6 months and another month to hope that I can get any investors to support me, yet, I did't not get any.  Thus, I am always in a job hunting mode since I need to accumulate money to develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to impress the investors.  Anyway, my mission of my entire entrepreneur kingdom is "to help worldwide citizens to see the world from different perspectives economically".  I joined Founder Institute and I came out with what I had in my mind at that moment in year 2014.                 

Such a powerful Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP), "To Help Worldwide Citizens to See The World From Different Perspective Economically"!  

I sold my condominium and I spent all my money.  Thus, it is time to go back to work.  I am looking forward to a new role.  For sure, I will come back to work as an entrepreneur once I have accumulated some wealth and clear all my debts because I believe that my business ideas are all multi-billion business models.

Personal Research Requirement: I was a Service Desk Analyst for 6 months (contract)

My initiative to be involved in a field study, "To bridge the gap between the IT Savvy and Non-IT Savvy individuals" to act as a Service Desk Analysis for a contract of 6 months to listen and help all kind of IT-related problems from non-IT Savvy individuals to revoke and fasten the needs of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robotic_process_automation.
