Conventional vehicle will have emission of Carbon Monoxide (CO) + Heat when they are operating. A little bit about my father! He is a great fan of Warren Buffet with a strong believe to invest all his money into Bursa Malaysia on his associate companies' shares with a big lum sum of money in order to become a boss, i.e. one of the owners of Genting Berhad and many others.

He start as a tiny shareholder by having only 1 unit of Genting Berhad's shares in Bursa Malaysia and now, he is one of the big boss due to the total number of shares which he is owning is abundant or a lot.

Personally, I think items from retail industry must be sold with a fair price with the principle that the more you sell, the cheaper it is especially those retail items from the independent online sellers. LVMH is a luxury retail business, yet, their retail items are precious with unique design which are worth like an antique; the earliest you buy, the greatest resell value you have because the selling price of these retail items are selling with a higher price if you buy them 5 years later.

There are 333.34 million of companies worldwide in year 2021. All these need our attention to be their successor if we are hardworking and honest!

Hence, you can have a small tiny position in Shell Oil And Gas Refinery while after 30 years of honesty with hard work in this company, you could be a successor of your boss.  Within this world, there are 333.34 million companies, hence, we must work accordingly with the right attitude in order to be chosen as their successor.  My grandfather's best friend, i.e. a white man was an engineer in Siemens 30 years ago and now, he is the owner who is actively looking for a successor.

Step 1: Excel in my undergraduate study (1998-2002).

Step 2: Secure a scholarship to work on my Master of Science (2003-2005).

Step 3: Secure a Research and Development (R&D) position, i.e. a lecturer in a research-driven university (2005-2014).  Work on a Ph.D. to excel my R&D skill.

Step 4: Running at least one startup with a lot of technical challenges and I have tried my best to solve one-by-one with my R&D skill (2014 until to date).

Step 5: Asking as many people as possible to invest into my startups by pitching to many people.  There you go, I have successfully secured funding to run my business and there, I am a boss cum profit-sharing boss.  I am rich, yet, my investor(s) are the richest.  Besides the profit-sharing scheme, I am enjoying Intellectual Property (IP) ownership profit generation by generation.

Lecturer is a managerial position, as a perfectionist, I am a successful iconic individual since year 2005.

Those who call people stupid, fat or insane are those who are very good in English subject who are the followers and practitioners of good English, hence, we must forgive them because they have no experience on the bad and sad feeling as a result when they are called or shouted as such.  Forgive them!

Yes, Benjamin Henry Hughes (my husband) and I are sharing a company ownership to solve the above commercially.  We are also the bold problem solvers of GREEN ENERGY with a factory to produce and export our patented or trade secret poof green/ alternative energy.  

Besides, we are into the RECYCLING business, we use our patented or trade secret proof remedy to transform used vehicle tyres into textile for long pants and many others.  We have another factory to do this.  

When you need to do business with Hi-Tech or technology, if you are not patent or trade secret owner(s), then, you can adopt their technology by paying loyalty not COPYING theirs by claiming yourselves as the problem/ challenges solvers by replacing business market of pioneer or inventor.

"The Poor And The Rich": The ultimate truth about the attitude of Chinese from China and many others who are not able to be groomed and known as a millionaire, billionaire or trillionaire mainly because its answer, jealousy! According to survey, those sour grapes are those who are aiming for low sugar, low salt and low oil in all their cooking recipes and food. Kindly avoid all these nonsense!

These sour grapes or people with jealous attitude just do not want potentially very rich people to go rich.  They said their only objective to against all these leaders' direction to go rich was to stop all these potential millionaires, billionaires or trillionaires to become rich with no other objective.

Hence, these are poor people attitude.  Do you know what is poor man syndrome?  The above fact is the poor man syndrome.  It is a type of sickness.

Those who are very supportive with the ultimate goal to save the world are rich people with a positive attitude.

To test one is a sick person with poor man syndrome, a few round of medical check-ups are needed with blood drawing to further investigate one with low sugar, low salt and low oil eating diet.  These are scientifically proven sour grapes or people who are having a jealous attitude.

In the eastern world (China), they steal my branded shoes such as my Timberland hiking shoes, then, they disassemble the pieces of the Timberland shoes, do exact measurements of each piece, and then, massively produce and make these shoes by sewing pieces to become the whole shoes.  This is cheating and it is never the smart and sustainable way to do business in the shoe-making industry.

After we have discussed what is research interest and how to define research interest, next, we need to justify our research direction into 4 categories: 1) Sizable, 2) Cost Efficiency, 3) Energy Efficiency, 4) Virus Proof or 5) Ultimate Solution.

1) Sizable: Can we reduce the size of your research output such as the size of a bulky handphone can be reduced? 

2) Cost Efficiency: Can we save the cost of the deployment or manufacturing cost?

3) Energy Efficiency: Can we use the least energy to run this application or event?

4) Virus Proof: Is this a vaccine which can cure all possible other viruses?

5) Ultimate Solution: Is your problem solving solution will lead to another problem?  If yes, solve it ultimately!

After we justify these five categories, we must identify the unique personal values in order to commercialize so that we will not have rivals or competitors.  As the successful researchers with business-oriented, we must game for uncontested market, i.e. the deep blue sea not the red sea.

Blue sea means a business market with unique personal values.

I have a Bachelor degree ever since year 2002. I have a Master of Science degree ever since year 2005 and a Ph.D. degree title with honours, i.e. Dr. in front my name. I am Dr. Wong Hui Shin, Dr. Hui-Shin Wong, Dr. Shyan Quintessa Hui Shin Wong or Dr. HS Wong.
