A decision-maker, strategist and planner cum an Engineering problem-solver means he or she is going to make an impact on all his or her undertakings such as the important roles to make VISION 2020 in Malaysia (More than 40 years of planning and execution with the help of Europeans and British, however, no collaboration and unity from the local citizens who had created many problems and obstacles for all decision-makers by claiming that Europeans and British were getting too much of salary while their job scope was too simple and small.  When you are invited to a country with strangers as the decision-maker, will you invite all your friends who are capable enough to follow you to work as the decision-makers as a group in a country with strangers?  The answer is "YES"!) and NET ZERO (Targeting achieving year in year 2050) a reality starting with strategy, planning, and decision-making in all range which including talent identification and management cum permanent Engineering problem-solving skills.  To all those who want to become a high-paid decision-maker, if you are not even can make a decision to hire a team or the right people in your organization while you want to be the main decision-maker for a country or the world, will you be the joker of the day or the year?  There are many good candidates around while you choose to hire those who are a class below while all those graduates or experienced professionals around the country are not hired with a high rate of unemployment, will you think you are just a joker of the day or the year when you are kept on asking for a higher salary and you want to be a high paid decision-maker while you are not able to appreciate or hire the high-skill professionals as recommended by the most intelligent hiring portal of the world, Linkedin by giving many excuses or listening to nonsense?
