In poor countries and developing countries, people tend to confuse about Personal Value and Personal Skill. In developed countries, people are valuing Personal Value and highly respect People with Personal Value NOT People with Personal Skill.
What is Personal Value?
Just like me, Hui-Shin Wong, Wong Hui Shin or Shyan H. Wong who is having a very strong character in term of UNIQUE Personal Values by shouting loud no matter where I am internationally especially when I write down the main purpose of my blog, i.e. Malaysian Footprint and a very clear position of myself as a Malaysian who love Malaysia very much by showing the world as a Malaysian by inviting all foreigners to see Malaysia and visit her in Malaysia as an extremely proud Malaysian. Personal Value 1 of mine: Patriotic!
Kindly see the below which are strongly indicating my Personal Values as a brainy (Personal Value 2 of mine) and extremely focus individual (Personal Value 3 of mine) ever since year 2003 until to date for a better world to solve worldwide social problems (Personal Value 3, 4 and 5 of mine: Problem Solver, Compassionate and Humane)!

Action: I am mixing with people regardless of race, age, gender, status and background.

Of course, there are many more evidence of my personal value throughout my academician, research and entrepreneurial journey.
What is Personal Skill?
Personal Skill is worth less than a cent in Western World because with Personal Skill, you only can be a Salesman or Saleswoman which is the lowest level of job without a respect from the Elite Group or RICH PEOPLE with more than 1 generation of history as extremely wealthy and powerful. In United States and many other developed countries, there are many RICH family with more than 1000 generations under breaking excellent records to save the world, to change the world and to form a better place to live for all valuable individuals. Those who know how to play the office politics are extremely good at Personal Skill by greeting everyone good morning, being polite all the while, asking about people's family, education background, handphone number, email address, following up by keeping in touch, visiting their newly met contacts to their home, organize personal events and party often by inviting their contacts to their home or a rented venue and many other activities which are known as Personal Skill.
Of course, people with Personal Value without Personal Skill are highly appreciated and respected in Western World too mainly because their words and action can change the world and lead by example.
What about you have Unique Personal Value and at the same time, you have Personal Skill, will you conquer the world?

Unique Personal Value means you are the first one in the world who is uniquely stand out in the Elite Group with your personal belief and the scope of what you are planning to do. Elite Group means the people who are extremely intelligent, RICH in terms of monetary and POWER worldwide and they know everything and anything in the world; if you are a copycat of other people's Personal Value(s) or a follower of other people's Personal Value(s), they will know it. They won't respect you if you do not cite the person you are following or mentioned his or her name in writing, blogging, talking and speaking. Good luck!
