Islam is a religion which is the newest in the world. Their traditional clothes, i.e. Baju Kurung is designed to avoid sexual harassment, i.e. men can't see the curve of the women, hence, no sexual desire. Baju Kurung is long sleeves with an extremely long blouse and a long dress cover to the feet from the waist.
Muslim women can cover their face, mouth and nose using a scarf mainly because some men claimed that women's lip is sexy and their face is attractive which can trigger their sex urge.
To avoid unnecessary touching on women's hand after shake-hand, wearing hand glove is encouraged for all women due to tenderness and smoothness of women's hands which can trigger sexual urges for sexual harassment activities.
