It is time to get a PhD if you want a passive income from your intellectual properties (IP).  If you are a PhD graduate and you do not own any intellectual property (IP), it is time to work harder, maybe 10 years after you have your PhD, you may file at least one patent.  Good luck! 

Let's respect individuals filed patents because they are going to earn a decent living with passive income.  Coca-Cola soft drink is a type of drink with patents.  When it was created it brings life to all nation.     

Knowledge workers who used to work with a company and the company was sponsoring the patent(s) filing, meaning the patents will be owned by the company.  The knowledge workers are only the workers because they were paid while they were the workers at the time the company was filing the patent(s).  No loyalty of the patents will be paid to the knowledge workers if they filed the patents under the company which they were working with.   

It is time to know why you should study a Master Degree and a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy).  I am a PhD study drop-out and yet, I am running a business, www.SoLemMi.com and I am going to file 3 patents to support my business operation.  Of course, I need a large amount of money to buy over some patents for the www.solemmi.com business and yet, I believe in teamwork and, I am going to make it as a Forbe List 500 and I would be the first Asian woman who is working on intellectual properties business model.  I wow that I am going to be the richest self-made woman in Forbes List 500.  I am a naturally born and being trained to become a billionaire.

To do a PhD in Science or Engineering is to find out the ways on how to invent an algorithm, a function, a software, a product and etc.  As a PhD graduate, we must find out the ways to create intellectual properties (IP).  If you own an IP, it would be a passive income for you meaning you are earning the loyalty or the money from your IP while you are working for other people or traveling the world.  Patent is one type of IP.  Copyright is another type of IP.  You can find out more types of IP.  I am sure you can do it. 

Louis Vuitton (LV)'s founder or owner earned a title as the second richest person in the world once this year mainly because of LV has the patent on how to produce the bags sewing for each material , sewing methods and sewing or bags hardware.  The zip of the LV bag has the patent(s), the bag design or the leather design or the type of leather has patent(s).

www.SoLemMi.com has 3 patent(s) or IP and these 3 patents or IP belong to the Founder and CEO of www.SoLemMi.com.  I have raised up my ideas of the patents filing in my business webpage.  I am sure I am a great leader and I have a lot of followers.  I have 1 billion followers, maybe?  Who are these people are going to file the same patents which I am going to file?  The reason why I am not writing any lines in my laptop about my patents mainly because I do not have enough money to file these 3 patents now.  Filing patents are extremely expensive.

Farmers are one type of blue collars.  Hardworking blue collars individual definitely get more pays.  Of course, blue collars with brains and the adoption of blockchain with Artificial Intelligent in farming lands get more pay or salary too.  In year 2005, a couple from Minnesota, USA told me that they have 20 private jets for farming purposes.  They use private jets to water and fertilize their farming land.  They are grain farmers.

The Art of Jealousy

GOD creates us as the human beings who are living in a group with wisdom.  After I volunteered to chair a section under the government scholarship awardees reformation, dispersion as well as its causes and its effects, meaning, I am within a group to analyze the career path of the scholars and what are the criterias for the scholars to get the awards and what type of subjects should they be awarded to study so that we can have enough jobs and great careers for scholars.

I had came across some scholars who are the medical doctors in some small clinics in the rural areas in Malaysia.  Their mission is clear, they want to become a doctor because they want to cure people and aiming for no sickness and no disease.  They never think that a doctor will earn a lot of money, however, they always remember that they must help sick people to be cured.  To tell you the truth that they are only 2A's in their SPM result and they got the government scholarship to study and serve the nation of Malaysia.  Even though as the practical medical doctors for more than 10 years now, they are only getting RM 3000++ a month, yet, they are very happy to serve the nation because we are scholars and we are government-funded students who are in the nation-building human resources database meaning we are going to have a job after we complete and pass all the subjects in our studies.

Years by years, the scholarship givers have measured the balancing of job opportunities and the number of scholarship which they had given to ensure that all scholarship givers are sharp and with the mission of nation-building to train more leaders in jobs arena.  If you are a JPA scholar in Malaysia, you must be ready to work for the government if you can not find a job.  If you are a Kuok Foundation scholar, you must be ready to work in Kuok Foundation related companies if you can not find a job.

I hope that one must measures how many job vacancies you must have in hands within 3 to 4 years time to your scholars after they complete their studies when one is trying to set up a foundation to give away the scholarships.

If you are great and at the same time you are a scholar, you have a lot of opportunities to join any companies with good pay for sure because the number of scholars is less than 1% of the nation and all scholars must be the leads of the nation since you have created a very successful academic achievements to show that you can be a leader.

I am joining this section of volunteering work mainly because I am one of the experts in Jealousy Control and Jealousy Recovery study.  My role is to calm all the jealous people on their unsatisfactory behaviors and emotion by giving the globalists explanation on why the SPM result, 2A's students got the JPA scholarship for example to study a medical degree.  I am also the Founder and CEO of "Fair? Why?" or "Why? Fair?".  This is one of my job scopes and business direction in "Fair? Why?".       

Interview questions for the 2A's SPM graduates who got the JPA scholarship to study in the Medical College, Oxford University (An A in Biology and another A in Physics.  Both are 100%, i.e. 2A's in their SPM results):

"After you got a scholarship from the government, are you ready to serve the nation in a rural area for more than 30 years with an average pay of RM 3000++ monthly?"; Answer: Yes, I am ready to become a medical doctor in the clinic in rural areas.  To me, RM 1000 monthly is a lot to me as my monthly salary.

"What is your mission of your life and which segment of nation population are you going to serve after you have a medical degree?"; Answer:  I want to help poor people who are sick.  And, I am going to charge RM 5 medical consultation fees per sick people.

The 2A's SPM graduates got another scholarship from United Kingdom after they completed the medical degree because they have given the best education and eventually, they have scored 99% in one of the important subjects in the medical degree study and they are promoted and trained to become Cardiologists and Neurologists.  Eventually, they were back to Malaysia and they serve the nation.

A lot of people are very angry after their jealous heart and mind because they scored 10A's in their SPM high school results and they can not get the scholarship from the government.  Due to their jealousy, they harm these people who are the scholars by working on a lot of bad acts on these scholars such as giving a bad working environment to the scholars or bad job scopes.  I suggest that you must learn from the scholars and there must be reasons why they must work as your colleagues.  If you want to blame or give the scholars a lot of troubles due to your jealousy behaviors and attitudes then, you are the rejected items.  Think about this way, harm the scholarship evaluation team meaning harm the people who give these people scholarship and not the 2A's SPM result students as the scholars for example.

When you scored 10A's in your SPM result, are you only getting all A's with only 80% marks for all subjects.  If you are the scholarship evaluation team, are you going  to give the scholarship to a 10 A's SPM graduates with Biology, an A with 84% and Physics, an A with 85% or a 2A's SPM graduate with Biology, an A with 100% and Physics, an A with 100%?  The answer is the 2A's student will get the scholarship.  Bear in mind that a Medical Doctor in a clinic in RURAL area will only need a strong biology and physics knowledge, i.e. 2A's SPM Result achiever got the scholarships.     

I would say, they got the scholarship after they received a letter, later, they packed their bags and started their study journey.  A lot of them, they were not sure why they got the scholarships, they just know that the opportunities or scholarships were here and they grabbed them.

I never apply to study a degree in Information Technology (IT), however, I got an offer letter after I received my SPM result.  I accepted the offer, I packed, went to the college and I completed the Bachelor of IT (HONS) Software Engineering.  I never think that I will study a Master of Science Information Technology program, again, I received an offer letter with a scholarship, I accepted the offer, I packed, went to the college and I completed the study. 

In a segment of job opportunities, they are looking for independent students or graduates meaning they are hired due to their parents were funding their studies fully or they seek their own fund to study.  Are you independent enough?  If you need money to study, you can take a loan if your parents can not afford to pay your tuition fees.
   
Blue collars people work very hard every day to gain their living income.  Thus, if you want to cheat money from blue collars people, please walk far away because blue collars people become rich due to their very hardworking attitudes under the sun.  Farmers are blue collars, this is what I think.
