When you listen to one man or one woman, once you loss your job, talk to him or her because you are his or her follower. He or she must be able to give you a job if he or she is a real leader or influencer!

If he or she can't give you a job or business opportunity, why are you listening and following his or her word?

This is how you train yourself to be a leader, i.e. when you are talking, many others are listening not you are the one who is listening to nonsense or those who are NOT a leader. 

You may listen to Bill Gates (https://www.gatesnotes.com/) and write about what you have heard from him in your blog.  Bill Gates will eye on you if you are a true leader.
