1. You must be focus, i.e. if you are a Software Engineering degree graduate, then, apply only jobs to work as a Software Engineer.
2. You must empty your glass to have the mindset to accept culture in your workplace.
3. You must be very hardworking if your English is not good and your academic result is not good.
4. You must be friendly, helpful and mix around to have friendship in order to have a harmony working environment.
5. When your expected salary is a market value, you can get a job very easily.
6. To have the ability to understand yourself is extremely great to get a well-done remuneration salary package since your expectation match your workplace's expectation.
7. Do not shout for a pay rise if you can't perform! Many are digging their own grave since they do not understand ECONOMIC, i.e. Supply and Demand. If profit is not there, how are you going to ask your company to raise your pay?
