Planning and Strategy are always the highest level of intellectual, however, problem solving skill with both forth combination are always the most reputable and highest rank right after respectful Royal Family titles.
When you are a Royal Family member with problem-solving skill, able to plan and strategize, then, you must be the KING or QUEEN of the world, personally, I think.
