Oprah Winfrey (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oprah_Winfrey) is an American black female talk show host, television producer, actress, author, and philanthropist. She is the first multi-billionaire of the American African in North America. She is 67 years old now and her self-worth is USD 2.7 billion in March 2021. She was born into poverty in rural Mississippi, USA with a long list of records being molested or sexually harassed and she started her career when she was in high school in a radio station. By 19 years old, she was a co-anchor for the evening news. Her average monthly salary ever since 19 years old until now, a total of 50 years of her career is USD 3.5 million. Thus, USD 72, 000 monthly salary is a very small figure as an extremely outstanding individual in the international arena, however, the salary is attractive enough for me as a Malaysian.
How about the justification of the highest monthly salary individual in Malaysia, Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, i.e. the son of Tan Sri Dr. Lim Goh Tong, the founder of Genting Highlands? According to the latest news, he is getting USD 1.79 million per month or USD 21.5 million annually by showing his leadership to earn USD 11.56 billion or USD 11,560,000,000,000 in year 2020, i.e. his annual salary is only 0.00185% of the total company or group revenue. Oprah Winfrey is getting USD 3.5 million monthly and Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay is getting USD 1.79 million monthly. Thus, never and ever slow down yourself or being lazy when you are employed because you have very good opportunities to show your very best self to earn a living with USD 1.79 million monthly salary as a Malaysian and USD 3.5 million monthly salary as an American. Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay and Oprah Winfrey here are the best examples.
All the best on your journey to be the top salaried employees in Malaysia, your country or the world. Trust me, USD 72,000 monthly salary is an extremely small salary if you compare it with Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay's monthly salar and Oprah Winfrey's monthly salary, thus, let's look further, look global and aim higher or highest. Don't show your jealousy and doing a lot of dirty treats mainly because your salary is very small now and you think that you are far better than all those 3 situations which I have mentioned. Be their friends or fans, do a little bit of research about them and try your best to be their followers or workers if you think they are better than you and you will not be able to be them one day no matter how hard you work. Be an obedient and very hard-working employee can be a millionaire too even though you are not very good. Trust me, I have seen so many people in Malaysia and globally. If you think that you are better than them, thus, work well, perform well, connect well and proof it to many employers that you are capable and you deserve these amounts of salary.
No more jealousy! Work harder and show your best working attitudes as a salaried employee, so that you will be awarded millions of salary per month very soon after you prove that you are an extremely outstanding employed individual by helping your employers to gain business revenue, business profit and business values! In this case on what I have shown you, Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay only get 0.00185% of the company revenue as the annual salary, thus, when you request for a pay rise or you wish to have a very high salary, ask yourself, what would be your contribution in order for your employers to gain business revenue and you are deserving to take 0.00185% of the total annual company revenue or income with the real-world example of a Multi-National Company (MNC) in Malaysia such as Genting Berhad.

For your information, all these people who are contributing intensively to the companies annual revenue might be getting the said annual salary only after the closing of the annual company accounts by declaring the company annual profit publicly. There were no fixed dates for them to get the annual salary like the majority of the employees, getting monthly salary by 7th of the month. Thus, these people with high salaries are very good at planning for their own finances annually or beyond.
