Human Resources Departments Man Power Re-Organization

 I have been applying for a full time job for more than 6 years, i.e. I am a jobless with no job and all the people who are hiring in Malaysia know me and they say that my resume is too lengthy while I am 100% confident that my resume is all right and I am the role model for all the individuals in the world and my resume would be the great and the best example in the world.  However, the moment when I apply for a job, these HR people did not have a look at my resume and try to match me to the right departnment and right job and they just ignore me for more than 6 years now.  Well, I am 100% sure that I am one of the best Malaysian and I shouldn't be treated as such yet, these small categories of individuals are pretty small yet, they are quite powerful.  

I can work in Multimedia University for more than 9 years and this is the indication of I am an intellectual, committed and very outstanding.  Hence, if I have the power to re-organise the man power of all human resources departments in the world, I would think that this should be the ways.

1. Due to jealousy and discrimination, i.e. if you are a student from international school and your pay would be RM 10,000 when you are entering a job while if you are an overseas working return Malaysian, you will get another RM 20,000.  I would suggest that people in human resources department should see what are the activities and the achievements of the job candidates and their spending behaviour to determine their pay and job description and definitely not their schools which they have attended.  You will tell me early that if I am a graduate from University of Oxford, then, I will get more pay, for sure, I will let go all the social activities and co-curriculum activities to fully focus in my study because only repeating more than one time to go through all the notes, one will get a First Class Honours Degree.  I never read for more than 1 time in all my revision during my school time and people said that I am a genius.  Thank you for the compliment.

2. Family background of the people who are working in the Human Resources Department must be taken in to the categories that the job candidates with bosses parents must be interviewed and scanned through by people from Human Resources Department with bosses parents.  Yet, these people will jealous on the job candidates and they are not hiring the best candidates for the jobs.

3. Willingness for spending.  Some rich people are not willing to spend money for many things.  Thus, their spending behaviour for each category will be counted and a new team for each and every category will be formed to interview the corresponding individuals or job candidates.  Yet, these people will give unnecessary comments or any bad impression due to their behaviour.  Just like some people will use RM 10 to buy a pair of shoes and yet, some people will say that RM 10 is not good enough to buy a pair and they need RM 10,000 to buy a pair of shoes.  

I am belongs to the premium group of the job candidates who are the think-tank and planner.  Thus, my job rank must be an advisor or senior advisor because I am not supposed to meet with those all candidates who have working attitudes which they claimed that they are working smart.  Many of them and these people must be jobless and not I must be jobless since my English, Mandarin and Malay are acceptional good with great track records in research and publication, commercialization, corporation and international exposure.  You all have to see why I can not work for long in all these companies because my former bosses are all jealousy and they said I copied my resume from other individuals and they asked me who is the one.  I replied, "Why do you want to find out this individual?"  They said, "They want to hire her or him."  I told them that I am the one.  I wrote all my resume and I have experienced so much when I am working here and there.  Immediately, they fired me.  You see, I only can work for rich bosses with technical skills or bosses from rich family with technical skills or bosses who appreciate my multi-talented and outspoken characters with technical skills not like working with those who never see the world and just have perceptions which are wrong.  

I worked in Portrade Dotcom Berhad for 18 months right after I graduated.  I worked under a boss, Mr. Peter U who are from a rich family with technical skills.  Then, I moved on to Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) to work under Dr. Daniel Wong who is from a rich family with technical skills and also he is a graduate from Stanford University for 18 months.  After that, I moved on to Multimedia University (MMU) to work under an MIT graduate for 9 years ++.

In conclusion, I only can work with smart people or rich people with technical skills as well as they must be active in all co-curriculums.  Thus, Human Resources Departments, please get yourself sorted before you have the right to view my resume because I ended up a lot of problems and all these are so simple, yet, you are not analyzing why people are jobless for so long and how are you going to get a job for them and only blaming job candidates that their communication skills are not good and their resume are not good.  

Completely disappointed on all these job portal and their AI technology applied to the job seeking process is completely useless.  I am here to start a job seeking portal as TheRightOne today on 20th March 2021.  Of course, I must get the investors, yet, I am still a job seeker.  My AI engine will filter who should be the HR personal to view the right-minded category of resumes and not all HR personal can view the resume because of the power fo jealousy will ruin a person's self-esteem and healthy personal building.   

I hope that you all will revise all your AI technology applying on jobs seekers and job description offers and I hope to get a job soon.  The AI is not only matching the keywords and it must be matching all the routines.  See!  I am an expert in AI algorithms and my position should be an advisor or senior advisor in AI Technology not a statistic analysis.  Completely speechless on the AI development in Malaysia.  These people never appreciate talents like me and of course, when you are looking for jobs for so long and you will wonder where are all these smart people in Malaysia?  Yes, they are practicing speech less, talk less because they believe in more talking will have more troubles.  We must change this attitude in all rank of leaders and followers.  Freedom of speech would be the right way.
