Talent Acquisition with SWOT Analysis must be Implementing Immediately

No one in this world deserves a jobless status for more than 1 month because all talent acquisition with SWOT Analysis must be implementing immediately because all talent acquisition and Human Resources departments are practicing to recruit their own groups of people.  Hence, education institutions must have enough networks to place their quality graduates to their industrial partners almost immediately right after their students graduated.

Talent acquisition, are you doing a great job?

Strategists are planning for many new startups to ensure all those with sustainable business ideas or business ideas with good motifs can grow and flourish to sustain the country's economic growth.

Some people told me that Malaysians are not worth becoming the trillionaires because they fight between each other and bully jobless by not looking for jobs for these jobless by emphasizing their weaknesses and threats to ensure them to walk into mental health disruption step by step.  

I am a Malaysian while I am not this type of people and I am aiming for my trillionaire journey due to I have a naturally born strategist and a great planner, i.e. the visionary leader who can see very far for more than 20 years and beyond of national and international economic growth and social growth.

I am employing those people who have a minimum of one strength with the capability of learning step by step and very hardworking attitudes.
