The first step, the recruiters want those candidates who know themselves very well.

The second step, the recruiters only take note on those candidates who have hobbies and passion about what they plan to do, what they want to do or what they are doing or had done.

The third step, the recruiters only take note on those candidates who are very proud about who they are, where they are from and what they have done and what they are doing now as well as what they are planning to do.   

The fourth step, the recruiters want those candidates who must be very happy about a celebrity's life by having many fans and followers with a lot of updates about their daily routines in social media.
