Many people claimed that they are rich and they are the leaders of the communities and the countries. Thus, as a leader of a community and a country must not be having any problem to help any jobless people to get a job because leaders or rich people must have many businesses, networks, associates and friends who can hire these jobless people. Are you rich and are you a leader? Are you compassionate and kind? How many jobless people have you helped to get them a job? If these people who claimed that they were very rich and they were the leaders, however, they couldn't help any jobless people to get a job, then, it is time to walk far away from all these liars because they are NOT leaders and very rich for sure within a community and a country. For example, I have been a great supporter of the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad when I was a student and when I was a lecturer for slightly more than 16 years; when I lost my job, he must be actively helping me to secure any business grants or investment funds from the investors from his networks whenever I face any difficulties NOT leaving me as a jobless person for more than 6 months for sure because he is a good leader who must take care of his followers by having me to create more jobs for the nation through all my startups.
People who are extending their help for those who are jobless or entrepreneurs to make a living whenever they need help financially, emotionally, socially, mentally and physically must be praised and deserve forever wealth just like getting a travel agency license, wholesales rice and paddy license, wholesales palm oil license, casino license and many other licenses from the countries. What are you waiting for? Start helping people to get a job now who know that one day, these people who need jobs at this moment might be the super-rich fellows in the future and you will be thanked forever and rewarded.
The right way to do is to help those who are jobless to forward their resume to all your friends, associates and networks by helping them to secure a job as soon as possible NOT you are looking down and criticized them mainly because they can't feed themselves now without a job.
You also can buy them good meals like a buffet because they must be sleeping in hunger for more than 6 months since they are still jobless NOT you are treating them like aliens from outer space because of your curiosity to find out who are these categories of people who are jobless, the way how you ask for questions might be too much or too harsh for them; they can't stand it or your harsh voice tones.
This is the respective community's problem and the respective country's problem. A good news for you: If you want to show people that you are a good leader, then, help them to look for a job, so that these jobless people will treat you as their leader and their GOD for sure. Act now! Start calling all your networks to look for a job for her or him as soon as possible. No need interview if possible because these jobless people are collapsed emotionally (being criticized by accepting that they are the rejected items and being looking down by having no personal affirmation, certainty and confidence), socially (no good friend and family members around them who can help them to get a job) and physically (no good food to fill their stomach almost everyday).
