Which type of these human beings can be the leader who can climb up to the top?

1) Human beings who must justify the reason why he or she act so.  If you do not want to get married, can you do any reasoning?

2) Human beings who must follow his or her own feeling in order to make a decision to lead such as a father or mother in a family.
