In short, our CEO's and management team must be within high-income society or community; looking forward!
As a startup Founder, CEO and CTO (开荒牛), I deserve a universal, standard cum international pay, i.e. RM 16,000 monthly with a sharp pay cut from USD 140,000 monthly. I can slowly hike up to this unicorn, pegasus cum pheonix title as high as Elon Musk's salary very soon for all my management team members even though we are based in Malaysia!
