Individuals with only an "A" grade in their academic result are worth a hassle-free successful career for life.  Many without an "A" grade can have on-job training.  These are worth a hassle-free successful career for life too.  Keyword: "Hardworking and Honest!" 

Individuals with a team lead, manager or supervisor title means they have a successful career.

Lecturer is a managerial position, as a perfectionist, I am a successful iconic individual since year 2005.

Those who call people stupid, fat or insane are those who are very good in English subject who are the followers and practitioners of good English, hence, we must forgive them because they have no experience on the bad and sad feeling as a result when they are called or shouted as such.  Forgive them!

A combined income of RM 3000 for a married couple in Malaysia is RICH!  Look at those poor people from South Africa at the photo below:

Figure 2: The richest man's mansion in France.  All Malaysians with hardworking attitude are rich, yet, we noted the extremely rich.  He is my boss!  I am a boss too, yet, he is the richest and I am working for years without a salary mainly because all my business are not profitable to date!  My shares of my business is ONLY 1 PERCENT of the total profit.  Research and Development (R&D) activities are actively executing, yet, a big junk of money is allocated for R&D in all my business.
