I read an article. It say less than 2% of worldwide population have a Ph.D. qualification. A total of 1.2% of Ph.D. graduates are from United States of America (USA).

In order to have a business which can be successful, it must be extensively involved in Research and Development (R&D) and Commercialization.  A website and mobile app of All-Rounded Virtual Mom (http://www.all-rounded-virtual-mom.com), we need 200 Ph.D. graduates cum professors or more to be able to compete in international arena.
