See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow! Please ignore this phase if you are following a great leader and be part of the team.

Many professionals told me, they did not apply "See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow" as a result of they are not the managers and they are not the team lead.  Thus, I would think that all leaders must be able to apply this phase, "See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow!" 

The market segmentation and my followers are clear now, they would be leaders from all over the world.  All leaders must apply "See, Think, Enlighten, then, Follow!"
