What is an international business or a business of Multi-National Company (MNC)? According to entrepreneurship philosophy, a business is a tool to make profit by serving the customers' need in a market segmentation not purposely give trouble to the potential or existing customers to gain profit.

IBM and many others are launching training program internationally to recruit their employees to serve the fast expansion need of Information Security or Cyber Security Specialist or Professional.  This is known as international business.  

If you are a business owner who wish to SCALE-UP or expand your business internationally, then, this entrepreneurship philosophy is for you to serve the customers' need to gain profit not purposely give trouble to them in order for you to help them to solve problem by paying you.

If he or she can't find the market segmentation of his or her customers' needs, then, he or she must shout loud that he or she want to do business and hopefully, he or she can find at least an investor to continue his or her business even though he or she might not be the big boss of his or her business.  He or she is doing a real business by not giving trouble to his or her customers to gain profit by paying him or her to solve their problem or serve their need which created by him or her.
