As a leader, you must excel your listening, talking, reading and writing skill. After you listen or read, you must know how to jot down if your memory is not excellent, illustrate it to your audience or any authority to smoothen the process of complaint or problem solving.

For example: You are a leader of a community.  One of your audience tell you that she would like to publish a book called "How ENTJ Woman Fall In Love?: Step-By-Step To Marry A Billionaire, His/ Her Family Or Associate".  After you listen to her speech, as a leader, you quickly can link your network to her request by introducing her to a publisher which you have in your mind not keep quiet and do nothing.

Another example: Old Klang Road in Klang Valley Malaysia is facing flood at every time it rain heavily, as a leader, you are able to lead a team to solve this problem such as sending proposal to JKR to do the deepening the drain work so that the rain water can be flushed as fast as the rainfall. 

Listening and reading skill are extremely important for all leader.  You can't add in your own phase to twist the meaning of your listening or reading content to jeopardize other people's reputation or image.  As a leader, you must be able to memorize all the people whom have given you their name card, else, no need to attend event with your name card!  Sit down and listen; be a follower!  

Omitting information which you have read or listened is a big "No!" "No!" during your career path or journey as a leader.  You could be a youth leader and many other roles!  You can't delete your memory by saying that I never listen to this or that by expressing your anger due to jealousy or incapability as a leader.
