Misuse other people's identity is sentenced to jail. And, identity abuse is sentenced to jail too.
When someone called you and let you know that he/ she was a leader and you must listen to him/ her, you must get his/ her full name, Identification Card number and address on his/ her Identification Card first before you listened to his/ her speech. If he/ she is a leader, his/ her profile will definitely in Google search result. You can listen to YouTube to recognize his/ her voice. If he/ she is passing you a good message, this would be great. If he/ she is talking bad about others, listen first and then, write down on your blog and let the world know that what the bad people have done with the messenger's/ leader's full name, IC number and full address on his/ her IC.
