What is your monthly salary? Some earn more than you! Many of them earn less than you! How do you know you must be earning a fair monthly pay or salary?

When you need a lot of on job training, your monthly salary is not that much!

When you want other people to teach you in order for you to carry out your job, your monthly salary is not much!

When you know how to do research and you follow your research output to carry out your job routine, your salary must be high!  You can file at least a patent for your research output.  You can commercialize your patent by collecting extra money if your employer allow you to do so.   

If your role is to do the planning and strategy for a business, your salary is extremely high.

When you can do the problem solving for BOLD problem, your salary is extremely high too.

Do not complain your salary is low or not fair if you need other people to teach you to do your job routine.  Say thank you to those who teach you because you deserve a pay for "CARI MAKAN" only!

Branding is extremely important for a business.  If you know branding and you can use it to help your company to earn an extremely big lum sum, then, you deserve an extremely high pay.
