"I am strongly suggesting Accenture can adopt "Adaptive Recruitment Evaluation System (ARES)" with AI mainly because I believe all applicant must have a job promptly as fast as 60 seconds.  If I am not able to land a job as a Solution Architect in Accenture, then, why not the AI algorithms assign me another job rather having me to wait for 1 year or 3 years in order to grab a job.  Thank you!" ~Hui-Shin Wong
