Right or wrong? When you can differentiate right and wrong, you must help your follower, community, company, country or nation to fight for justice and provide solution for improvement or error correction. Besides these, you must give appraisal, compliment and salary increment to your follower so that they can continuously fight for justice and truthful relationship between all party. If you can't do the above, talent appreciate is no longer your value, you can't be a successful billionaire or trillionaire even though you are extremely hardworking!
