If you need to wait for the building completion for more than 1 week, then, forget about this property purchasing, its price and value will not go up after years.
Poor property developer will invite you to buy and pay the down payment to lock a unit for the completion date after 2 to 4 years.
Buying property is for rich people. If you have a choice, do you want to buy from rich or poor property developer?
