As a software engineer, are you ethical?

All software engineer or web developer must fill in an online form to state whatever you wish to amend before you work on the source code, else jail sentences.  You can't simply amend the source code to kill people.  Ethical attitude must be there for all software engineer and web developer.  Database administrator and network engineer must be ethical too.
