If you are a betrayal of your boss, are you sure there are many bosses are queueing to hire you in the future right after you are fired? Did you say thank you to your boss right after you are hired? No one will note those who do not know how to say THANK YOU!
As you all know once you are chosen, you will be entitled for a series of training with the best coach and mentor to be the one who is successful or we can call this as a millionaire, billionaire or trillionaire.
If you are not capable while you want to self-picked yourself and you complaint about your trainer and mentor not as capable as you have in your mind, then, you must put in more effort.
As the big boss, I nominate capable people for a successful career by giving business strategy and monetary support to groom them as a successful advocate or iconic leader. If these selected individuals talk bad and do a lot of funny things to draw my attention, I would think that if I stop grooming them, no leaders are keen to groom them since they are not able to appreciate and say thank you to me and many of us who are the talent grooming geeks. If you have a new business idea, do talk to me!
If your English is at the improvement stage, then, good job for the learning. Big bosses want great people like you to join them mainly because you know how to differentiate what is wrong and what is right!
Appreciation or an attitude to say thank you is extremely important no matter where you go.
The moment you want to be an entrepreneur, you must be responsible to pay your employee's wages and have at least one product or service on sales. If you still need more time to explore your on-sales product or service, you can be a promoter first to know more how the market is for the product which you are promoting.
I talk to my little brother: since he is a software engineer, he can be his own boss to sell e-commerce related software or website when he is ready.
