You want to build a train system such as Light Rail Transit (LRT) or Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) in your country.
Step 1: You must do a research to find out the train, train track, air-conditioning and passenger management system with the latest technology. Adopt this type of latest technology train, rail track, air-conditioning and passenger management system into your rail/ train transit track.
Step 2: Do a survey to find out which location would be your stop or train station in order for you to have a profit for this rail/ train track and service everyday. Those station with no passenger should be ignored.
Step 3: If you are ready for the above, do a survey and research on which train builder can give you the best price with the best quality and adopting latest technology. Also, you must find its daily maintenance cost for all your train. If the total passenger per day is enough to cover the maintenance cost and your initial investment capital, then, this is a profitable project. Initial investment capital mean your money to buy train, build train track, train station, do research/ survey and many others.
Step 4: Here you go! You have completed the steps to work on the transportation infrastructure in your country.
