It said no pork! It started with an English cottage in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia and a wonderful barbecue Christmas Eve party cum a birthday celebration. It was pretty cold at 1600 meter above the sea level especially at this special season. It was a wide range of salads, cakes, lambs, chicken and a turkey. The majority of guests are Japanese who have been settling in Cameron Highlands for their retirement. Most of the guests are here in Malaysia for the Malaysia Second Home Program. They enjoy their lifestyle in Malaysia particularly in Cameron Highlands.

"It is 300 Euros for a month of rental in Cameron Highlands. You can not get this price for the lifestyle you have here in any places in Europe and Japan. It is far more expensive to stay in Europe and Japan if you compare it with Malaysia," said a German educated Chinese Malaysian lady.

Besides Malaysians, we have some guests from all over the world. We have one from Boston, Massachusetts, USA, one from Lyon, France, a few people from Germany, some from mainland China and a few Malaysians.

An heart attack incident was happened on a Japanese sensai. He was sent to the nearest hospital for treatment. It was not a pleasant news, however, he was safe and no life treat. We were shocked for a while and we moved on. A lot of people are trying to do a rescue. No medical doctor was around at that time.

"I think Indians should know more about the privacy matter. We just enjoy to have some private areas for example in a beach in Goa. I hate people come to disturb while I was resting and enjoying the sun bathing. I just prefer some privacy. Some Indians come to sell flowers and massage packages while I was doing my sun bathing."

A few of the guests agreed on the statement while the rest just noted as a new statement for them.

We have all Indian chef for the dinner. They did a good job for a good barbecue dinner.

"Hi, I am from Boston. And, this is my girl friend. She is from Lyon. We met in Switzerland on a work trip. Our companies are involved in Bio Technology. I am an IT driven personnel for Bio Technology. While my girl friend is a lab specialist. We have a long distant relationship for 2 years now. We fly from far to meet in Malaysia, a lovely place for gathering and holiday."

The guests from the long table noted his speech. The girl was shy and she smiled.

"We have some development for the Bio Technology in Malaysia too. I heard that the progress for the development is a bit slow in Malaysia."

"Selamat datang! Welcome to Malaysia." A Japanese greeted all.

Later, we have speeches from the host and the invited guest. Of course, it was a birthday celebration for an important guest. We sang "Happy Birthday" song.

The Japanese practice time with a group of Japanese was fun.

"I learned Japanese during my undergraduate. It was 10 years ago. I was in Japan once for a ski trip and later, I did not have an opportunity to converse in Japanese any more. I think I need about 2 weeks to refresh and revise all my Japanese."

"Malaysia is a good place," praised a Japanese.

"We have our tennis and golf session almost every week. Besides, we have a little strawberry farm here. We are scientists in Japan and we are farmers in Malaysia."

"If we need anything, we can go to the nearest happening place, Ipoh. It is only an hour drive from here. It is not far to drive to Kuala Lumpur too."

"I am from United Kingdom. We are Indians. My parents are migrated from India to United Kingdom. We are Muslims. And, we love Malaysia after the landing. The people are friendly and they are very polite."

"Well, you are just lucky to meet those who are friendly and polite. I just did a random shop at one of the American Franchise chains, I found that the servants, the waitress and the shop keepers are lazy and not treating me as their customer. They just answered my question with some nonsense. Kentucky Fried Chicken are earning great money. I have the doubts that the management will look at the service issues. Since the dollars and cents look pretty good in every month's balance, I afraid they will not consider to revamp their service capability and attitude."

"You are wrong. The American franchisor takes complaints seriously. You may call their hunting line or log on to their website to express your feeling and complaints. I am sure it is just a bad day for the workers. So far, I have a very good experience in Malaysia. Oh yes, I was in TGI Friday in London. The waitress let me waited for half and hour for my food and they have promised to deliver in a few minutes time. I complaint and TGI Friday did not response to me. See! The service issues is not only in Malaysia. In fact, it happened every where in the world. I had a bad experience with TGI Friday in centre London. I agreed that their business was very good. A lot of people was in queue during the dinner time. They wanted to dine in the restaurant."

I went to the bed after the dinner. I did not watch the fireworks presentation.

It was fireworks after the barbecue dinner.

"It was so beautiful."

It lasted for 15 minutes. It was noisy in the early of the morning.

The next day, it was a mossy forest exploration day. The mossy forest in Cameron Highlands is the Brinchang Mountain which is the only drive way up to the mountain in the world. The drive way is build by Telekom Malaysia to set up the telecommunication antennas.

In the mossy forest, there are various flora and fauna. We were highlighted for a few types of flora.

It was a lot of walking and breathing. Some of us choose to walk from Brinchang to Tanah Rata.

Jasmine cafe brings the Holand theme. It was orange in color and the food is quite delicious. Moving on to the steamboat at Brinchang with Tom Yam and Herbal Soup. Of course, we have deer meat for the lunch.

"The deer meat in Cameron Highlands is as tender as the rain deer meat served in a Mongolian restaurant in Ontario, Canada."

"The heritage hotel and some resorts in Cameron Highlands look like those resorts in Swiss Alps. These places seems familiar to us in Europe."

"I seldom hear about the morning prayers for Muslim in Malaysia. I heart the prayers in India and Thailand."

"May be you are not staying near the Mosque. Malaysia is a Muslim country. I am sure you may hear the prayers being broadcast in every early morning."

The Muslims enjoyed their time in this Christmas celebration too.

That was the end of the 3-day 2-night Christmas Holiday Year 2011.

Without your help and support, I will not be able to walk so far. I am still writing, I need a peaceful mind to complete the write-up. I do not understand why I act as such, but, I believe GOD creates me for a purpose in the community. There are parts and pieces, eventually, it is a book for treasure. Cuisine Studio @ Tropicana

It was a candle light dinner for 10 people from many parts of the world at a Cuisine Studio, Restaurant Leisure Cooking School Gourmet Shop at Tropicana Golf and Country Resort. It was a business meeting related to investment. It said strictly no pork!

"They are doing very well! Look at the children. The children is doing better than their parents. Good job, parents!"

This is the outlook of my book, "Sunshine Little Kitchen - 陽光小廚房". This is my first fiction or non-fiction book publication. Those were true stories with replaced names and venue for the incidents to protect their privacy and identity for any security reasons. There are Asia Edition (English and Chinese version) and International Edition (English version only). Please be patient for the launching date! It is my extra efforts and passion to work on a book for 10 years by traveling the world to look for the causes and solution of miscommunication.

Besides, I have many queries in my mind during my growing up process. Due to lack of reliable resources around me, I have to travel around the world to solve the "Puzzle"! It can not denied that Internet and Books provide information. However, I am skeptical to believe the knowledge and the information gathered from the Internet and some books. I am very stubborn because I believe my principle of life is correct; those information from some books and Internet are wrong. Thus, I have traveled the world to work on a research for the solution of my queries. Eventually, I found the answers for a better place to live for human beings.

It is an interesting knowledge. I would like to share my findings for a better place to live for every one in the world.

I am born in a decent and respectful family which needs a lot of hard work for living. My parent and my grandparent are farmers. I used to work in farm under the sun when I was young. It is never a poor, but, yet, only a decent life. Please remember: One is rich today doesn't mean that one is rich in future; One is poor today doesn't mean that one is poor in future. Thus, please stop being funny and do your job. Please be fair to everyone; poor, rich, smart, dumb, capable, ordinary, disable and etc. Please provide a better place to live for everyone." - Ms. Wong Hui Shin.

Also, I urged everyone to learn how to think like a globalist because there were many good people out there. Look at them as an example to work on your dream.

"Never and ever expect one will be the same throughout a period of time. Everyone is changing to become a better person at every minute. If you have seen someone is static and not improving, please provide helps and not criticisms because he/she is suffering. Some are not expressive enough will not be able to tell you what's wrong. Therefore, you must be intelligent enough to spot his/ her problem by giving appropriate helps. Sometimes it is a growing up and learning process, it takes time. You can't help a Padi plant to grow longer by pulling it one inch higher from the soil. The Padi plant will die. You're not helping, but, you kill it instantly by ignorance with good heart. War might be happened due to miscommunication." - Ms. Wong Hui Shin.

I would like to say thank you to everyone involve in my research; Human Communication. It is a hobby and it has nothing to do with my academic progress and career. I started the research since 2003 when I enrolled to a MSc Information Technology in Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). I have done a technical thesis to fulfill a MSc Information Technology graduation requirement in 2005. And, I got a job straight away to work as a lecturer in Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia (MMU) with a Masters because Malaysia did not have enough knowledge workers who have a Ph.D. for lecturer positions at that time. I delayed my job reporting date to MMU. I went to United States of America to work on a "Puzzle - Human Communication" by getting a job in Pennsylvania.

I wasn't sure what, how, which, when, who and where to start a "hobby" research due to lack of exposure in non technology related topics. I prayed to the GOD, so that the GOD can enlighten me to complete the puzzle. Even though I was a Buddhist, I believe in GOD. It is interesting to know about my story on how I have evolved myself from a Buddhist to a Christian and yet, I still study Buddhism as the philosophy of life. Through a series of growing up activities in London, I found the secret of the world with a few assumptions applied. I chose to keep quiet because I enjoyed the Art and the simplification version of learning methodologies for all range of human beings in the world to become a better individual; poor, rich, tall, short, smart, dumb, technology-savvy, non technology savvy ...... I admired those who are intelligent and innovative enough to create the "Art" to solve the social problem which adopted to human beings behavior.

According to Oxford Advance Learner's English-Chinese Dictionary, Religion is defined as belief in the existing of GOD or GODs, who has/ have created the universe and given man a spiritual nature which continues to exist after the death of the body.

According to the definition, Buddhism is not a religion. It is a philosophy of life. It is just like a moral subject. It should be studied by all. My good friend converted to become a Muslim because he felt in love with a Muslim lady and yet, he still attends Buddhism talks. I studied comparative religions because I am curious about religions. I found Islam is a good religion for human beings. I studied Christianity, I found it is a drive for development, innovation and initiative. Buddhism is a way of life and not a religion; it is the culture of the world.

Later, I knew many new era religions in London and yet, I appreciate the root of knowledge of religions.

I would like to apologize for creating many stories to know about the human beings' connection. I do not have any intention to know about human behavior and yet, through my research path, I knew about it.

I go through some research online, I discovered 1) The reasons why human beings reacted as such; 2) The reasons for war and conflicts; 3) The solution for miscommunication; 4) the root causes of Miscommunication and 5) The important of spiritual support and team work to do a good job.

It is my honored to know all great people everywhere. I am surprised that all of us are connected in this world. It is very interesting. Thank you for the opportunities to know many famous people in the world. I have met one third of The Evening Standard's "The 1000 - London's Most Influential People 2007" when I was in London.

"Mark Zuckerberg, nice to meeting you at South West Train. I am a Malaysian and not a Thai even though I behave gently just like a Thai," said Wong Hui Shin.

An Indian gave me the black book, "The 1000 - London's Most Influential People 2007" at a newspaper store near Kew Garden tube station in September 2007.

"Young lady, this is for you. You will be listed as one of the Influential People in London one day. Work hard and be a good girl!" said an Indian with a friendly voice.

"I want to publish a book. It called Sunshine Little Kitchen", I said when I worked as a waitress at Sawyer Arm at Paddington to a group of 4 Canadians in year 2007. I was on my travel and work holiday VISA to United Kingdom.

The book publication is not a story. It is a passion of 10 years of traveling to solve a puzzle for miscommunication.

To clear the public confusion about me, I am a single lady with no children and no marriage records. I am sorry for any inconveniences caused. I did not know how to reject admirers nicely. I have created some stories to protect myself. Who know it leads to bad consequences? I did not know the people are well connected to each other and the words traveled from Bali, Indonesia to every places in Malaysia till Venice, Italy, London, England and Brooklyn, New York. It is amazing! I am within a great connection to reach the top people. Bravo and excited!

Watch up for my first book - Sunshine Little Kitchen! It is a collection of stories incurred everywhere in the world when I have taken the initiative to travel the world to solve a "puzzle". The puzzle is a solution to solve the world social problem.

As a result of limited reliable information/ resources around me and a feeling of no-trust about the information posted on the web pages and the cultural differences to interpret the information, I have traveled the world to look for the meaning of a boy-girl relationship because I never believe a boy-girl relationship must have sex before marriage.

In addition, I am skeptical about contraception before marriage because it causes social problem particularly among those immature teenagers. I rejected a charming, intelligent, rich and powerful man's proposal to become his girl friend because he asked for co-habitation and sex before marriage as a result of how he learned a boy-girl relationship should be working when he studied in Overseas for years. I thought about that for very long time, later, I said, "No"! We remain our friendship until now. He is a very nice guy. He married now. I am very happy to hear about his marriage. I understand that I am not into him at all.

I am very sad when I heard from some young ladies' experience in a boy-girl relationship when I was a volunteer in a counseling team. Those girls told me that the men have been staying in overseas for years tend to say that sex is a must in a boy-girl relationship. Through an intensive research with my initiative to travel the world for the 'puzzle', I would like to pass an important message to the world; "Only a confirmed relationship contains sex elements." Of course, it is a sad moment when there is something happened. The relationship can't sustain and it leads to a break up and divorced.

Adeline Jens told me about her relationship with her boy friend, "we are sort of married even though we have not go through the official ceremony yet. I am pretty confirmed that he will be my husband unless there is something happened."

The American recording artist, actress and entrepreneur, Madonna Loius Ciccone is also known as the Queen of Pop gave the wrong influences to her admirers about her private life. Thus, the next generation's mindset should be corrected. The Christian Groups in United States has started the the Silver Ring Thing movement, i.e. the introduction of the purity ring to be worn on ring finger for the purpose of alerting teenagers about "No Sex before Marriage" in a relationship. Muslims' teaching against "pre-marital sex".

How about those who are not religious? Should you do some campaigns to pass a message to the young generation particularly those protected groups from developing countries and poor countries? They might be confused by the movies and media about the true definition of a boy-girl relationship those days.

Recently, I watched some Hong Kong, Taiwanese and Korean movie series. It has projected what I have been saying for years; "a boy-girl relationship without kissing, intimate activities and sex. Eventually, it leads to a marriage". Watch "My Wife Is A Gambling Maestro (VCD) (Hong Kong Version)"!

A Vegetarian Lunch

Dr. Saravanan Muthaiyah, Dr. Murali Rahman, Madam Chan Gaik Yee and I had lunch today. We chose to have vegetarian.

My colleagues and I had very simple food. 4 of them are married and I am the only single and young lady. It is a norm when I am in Malaysia. I am just a lucky woman with many elderly around me. They taught me a lot about the life experience.

I will turn 30 s in this september. Don't perceive that I am 40 or 45 years old.

I like meats but, I seldom eat meats because I am very selective in meats. I just feel not good and not healthy after I eat them. I vomited them after I have taken them. My definition of good meats is very personal because I can not swallow some meats which are not up to my taste. The meats are good for most of the people definitely. Most of the time, some people are offended if I did not take meats which they have served me and cook for me. Sometimes, I am curious to try the meat, but, later, I run to the bathroom to vomit out. I feel so sorry for the cook especially when it is a family dinner or friend gathering.

Therefore, I always say that I am a vegetarian to avoid any unnecessary offences. I am just a bit choosy for meats. Therefore, I choose to eat more vegetables and selective seafood.

"I tried some good best beef when I was in United States of America about 4 years ago. Ben White's mother bought the beef for the BBQ at camp," I said.

One India colleague suggested that I go for Kobe Beef. He said, "if the Kobe beef is halal, the Kobe Beef would be the best selling item in Malaysia."

"It is hard to find in many places," I said.

One of my colleagues, Dr. Saravanan Muthaiyah told us about his family outing in Malacca. They went to A' Farmosa Resort. He mentioned about his little daughter's questions at Animal Farm. He felt the questions were funny. "Papa, what is that?" asked her daughter. "It is elephant's poops!" my colleague said. Her daughter raised her voice and asked again, "Papa, papa, why the poops is so big?" Dr. Saravanan Muthaiyah told the little girl, "The elephant's size is big, so its poops are big. You are a little girl, so, your poops is small."

Later, Dr. Saravanan Muthaiyah told us about the Chicken Farm. It consisted all types of chicken. It was wonderful. His children like the place very much because his children never see the real chicken. They only saw them from the book and TV. He imitated his daughter's voice again, "Papa, the chicks are so cute".

I told my colleague about one of my good friends, Lai Pui Wah who is working on a Ph.D. on chicken meat's structure in one of the Universities in Taiwan. Dr. Saravanan Muthaiyah suggested my friend to work in Malacca once she returns from Taiwan. I smiled.

The conversation continued, Dr. Saravanan Muthaiyah cracked a joke. He said he met a Singaporean. According to him, the Singaporean told him that he wanted to let go the Singapore Citizenship. We are surprised about the correctness of his speech. He clarified and said it was a joke. He asked the Singaporean the reasons why he would like to let go the citizenship.

"Is that because of the pay?" my colleague asked.
